Counselors Corner
Here at Melaleuca, we offer a Comprehensive Guidance Program. Our school counselors are available to help our students and their parents have a successful school year. Our counselors work with parents and students in many ways through various programs and services.

Services Offered
Groups: We offer a variety of counseling groups based on student needs including student success skills, social skills, divorce, anger management, conflict resolution, attendance, etc.

Individual counseling: Individual sessions which help students better understand how to cope with the problems that life sometimes presents.

Classroom guidance: Classroom lessons that are taught based on the six pillars of character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Fairness, and Citizenship. The classroom lessons allow children to develop character building skills and practice new behaviors.

Referrals to outside agencies community agencies can be made to provide further assistance to students and families.
